Bio

Michael S. Reeves has been defending the rights of those accused of crimes for over 30 years. Every case is important. I defend everything from capital murder (first degree murder) to misdemeanor offenses. Every case receives individual attention and my full attention. I have had trials in most Arizona City Courts, County Superior Courts, Federal District Court of Arizona. I have argued appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have represented many convicted persons in Post-Conviction Relief matters.

First chair, capital defense since 1992.

Admitted in Arizona, Federal District Court - Arizona, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, pro hoc vice appearances in Utah, Texas, Georgia, and California. Admitted to practice in Alberta, Canada.
